IntroitTo preface this, my bud, Rosetta Stoned and I have been sick of having to drive 30 minutes down to our nearest hobby store to play on decent terrain. Its a waste of gas and money. Plus, the employees in there are bipolar; one day they will be enthusiastic about helping you, and the next they will be sulky and grumpy. One of another members in our gaming coven suggested using toys- Lego, Lincoln Logs, etc- for terrain. Hell. No. If I spend time on my models, then I don't want to demean them by playing on a table covered with toys that we played with 10 years ago. We've taken into consideration all of these factors and have decided to build our own modular playing table. This is a Project Log of our progress.
Suuupply Run!! Rosetta and I ran over to the Home Depot today to gather the supplies needed to create our board. It was less of a supply run as things got a little... strange, at time :P. Here, see for yourselves!
