Quite exciting for me. More Painting done... but more importantly I have my redeemer in the garage, fresh in box and my second box of wolf guard termies ready for finishing the force. And then it's onto undercoating and painting...

Also just got some of the forgeworld pigments. Black smoke and orange rust (Let's not forget who was the whistle blower on Warseer with this rumour

)

Not a big update, but feth it. Saturday I'll take pics as I want some good day light to do it... rather than my flash addiction I seem to have that makes minis look shite. Hopefully I'll have my first new WG painted as well

Very well done Krom +K!!! Out of the lot I like Logan the best, despite his grey nose

. I really like the harsh shading on his armour, it really adds alot of character. The wolf pelt cloak was done very convincingly as well. Looking forward to more pics

It all looks very good I really like logan and the detail on the rune preist very crisp. I did notice from the top view that logans axe is a bit crooked but otherwise an excellent model.

Those look great man. I just started Space Wolves so thanks for the inspiration. Im curious what the dragon head on that bike is from though? I was planning on doing something similar.

it is taken from the current Dwarf Warriors sprue - its a nice addition i think as he's drawing a parralel to Viking Longships, and in fact the new codex also brings that in line more than ever!

Yeah dwarfs were the source of goodies. In fact pick up a sprue if you can. Also the mordheim hairy head sprue, as well as Chaos marauders and marauder horsemen.

I cannot help but notice things like that I have an eye for symetry, I never use a level when I hang up a shelf I guess that is my super power,lol, man I wish I had a healing factor or lazer eyes, just think if I was an x-man they would all be talking about their powers and when they got to me I would have to say I can tell when a picture is crooked or that I can center the objects on a shelf to be perfectly symetrical. Man that would suck Wolverine would probably just kill me on the spot. lmao

lol! ive always thought that about myself too, only my powers are uncanny ability to guess ranges (and distance sin general, not just on a table) and being very good with telling the time without a watch (almost always get it right within +/- 5 mins). jokingly my friends call me incredible thinboy... with the ability to turn invisible when standing sideways

i can really see the x-men scenario too!

I have the gift of range sighting too I think it annoys Orcus a little, and in a car I can tell if I can get through the smallest of spaces it really makes my wife nervous when we park in a tiny space. With our powers combined we could create, well possibly the crappiest super duo in history outside of the wonder twins that is, Oh and lets not forget the ambiguously gay duo they are even crappier than the wonder twins, By the way anybody else notice my love of run on sentences besides me, just asking?

Well what a weekend. The forum has been as quiet as a church, I've polished off the full LoTR trilogy, painted 2 termies on Saturday and closing on another 3 today (My personal challenge nearly done). Finished my paint a face challenge. And ready for more!

Pics will come, but light has gone bad, so I'll take them in better light during the week. And I also feel like I've nailed a great technique for and gritty muted yellow. I think a tut will be in order

...Next challenge is painting 2 termies during the week. Then maybe another 3 next sunday. Then it's time to paint the redeemer

:gulp: in 2 weeks. any later and I'm

. GT:H2 is closing far too fast, Next weekend is increasing the challenge, but it's gonna be great. Really looking forward to rolling the wing out for their first and only run before GT:H2
